After-school Program
The mission of the Gold Medal After School program is to provide all students opportunities for success in the cognitive, psycho motor and effective domains of learning. In addition, creating a positive learning environment that ultimately prepares students for life ahead.
The after school program at Thomas Gymnastics at the Beach now picks up from Elementary Schools in the Myrtle Beach, Conway, and North Myrtle Beach area.
After-School Regional Director
Courtney Fields is from Whitesburg, Kentucky. She attended Horry Georgetown Technical College pursuing her Business Management Degree with a minor in Hospitality. Since day one she has jumped in and helped better multiple areas of the company. Courtney is a mother, herself, so she is awesome with the kids and her bubbly personality makes her a fantastic option to continue the excellence in our Summer Camp and After School programs.
After-School Carolina Forest Assistant Director
Taylor Jones is from Myrtle Beach born and raised. She attended Myrtle Beach Schools her entire educational career and continues to cheer for her home team! Taylor has spent many years in the service industry, however, always longing to work with children. Answers were met when Taylor decided to jump in and teach children with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. She now has the ability to work with one on one with students at Thomas Gymnastics with the Afterschool Program! She enjoys the outdoors, crafts and any physical activity the kids have in store. she is very excited to begin her journey here at Thomas as the Manager of the Afterschool Program!
After-School Conway Director
Lauren Harrell was born and raised in Horry County. Lauren has two wonderful children herself. She began working with Thomas Gymnastics as a camp counselor in 2021. With her love for working with children, we are happy to have Lauren as a Director in Conway and are excited to watch her help continue to grow the program.
Fees and Payment Policies
The cost of the program will be $73.00 per week, per child for our Carolina Forest location and $70.00 per week, per child for our Conway location. Our program runs from 2:30PM (once the child steps on our Thomas Gymnastics bus) till 6:00PM.
The 2024 - 2025 Prices will be as follows; Carolina Forest $75.00 per week, per child. Conway location will be $73.00 per week, per child.

Conway Location:
Waccamaw Elementary, Conway Elementary, South Conway Elementary, Pee Dee Elementary, Kingston Elementary, Homewood Elementary, Aynor Elementary, Midland Elementary, Conway Middle, Whittemore Park Middle, Black Water Middle, and Conway Christian.

We will have a bus that transports kids from our Conway location to our Myrtle Beach location for anyone that needs to be picked up at that location.

Full Day Care
We also offer Full-Day care on school holidays and teacher workdays. Children will need to bring their lunch and drink (snacks will be provided.) All-Day care will be $23.00 per child for those already enrolled in the After School program. Children not already enrolled will be $43.00 per child. Full days will be from 7:30am - 6:00pm.
The prices for the 2024-2025 school year for Full Day Care will be as follows; $25.00 per child for those already enrolled in the After School program. Children not already enrolled will be $45.00 per child.
